With our largest conference to date receiving over 4500 submissions, we felt it was time to offer unlimited abstracts as standard to all our packages, including the free version. That's right - you read correctly - unlimited abstracts, even with our free package.

Why now?

Over the past few weeks, we’ve had a great deal of interest in the free version of our abstract management software, previously limited to up to 25 submissions. We know and appreciate how hard, and often expensive, it is to run an academic conference in these trying times so we have decided to expand the free package to do what we can to help out.

Since we began Oxford Abstracts twenty years ago, we’ve wanted everyone to have the opportunity to use our exceptional abstract management software, so we have decided to open it up to anyone looking to find a simple and efficient way of managing abstracts and paper submissions, whether they have a large budget or no budget at all. We truly believe in our software and we want as many people as possible to experience what it has to offer.

What does the software do?

For nearly 20 years, Oxford Abstracts has been constantly updating and developing its software to ensure it is as effective as possible. The free version provides everything you need to manage abstract and paper submissions for your next conference. As with the paid versions, you can collect, review and decide on your abstracts, communicate with authors, reviewers and committee members, and create and download reports and abstract books, all entirely for free.

So what’s the catch?

There are a few limitations, but you can be confident that it is fully operational, ad-free and, once set up, will serve you for the life of your event. If you decide you want to upgrade to any of our other packages to make full use of the essential abstract management tools, or our other products such as delegate registration, the virtual conference suite, online conference program, symposium or multi-stage, you can do so at any time.
