Zoom Integration
We are delighted to announce our newest addition to the Oxford Abstracts Conference Platform - Zoom integration. A seamless way of adding live content to your academic conference sessions, it’s easy to set up and even easier to use. Take a look at the video below to find out how easy it is to set up, and how it works.

Zoom is the world leader in video conferencing software. Its system is highly robust in terms of security and stability and it also happens to be the most widely used video conferencing software globally. In terms of trust and familiarity, Zoom is peerless, which is why we decided to add the integration to both our Standard and Professional Conference packages.
Conference organisers, as well as attendees, get to enjoy the simplicity of Zoom integration. There’s no need to add ugly external links to your sessions. Users simply click a button and they’re into a session where they can view, chat, discuss and collaborate from anywhere in the world. You can use it for presentations, discussions and live streaming.
Zoom integration is entirely optional for each session, and you can choose to mix it up a bit and use it alongside any other video conferencing software if you choose. Get in touch or book a demo if you'd like us to talk you through how it works and answer any of your questions.
Copy email templates
To save time when you’re creating your custom emails, we’ve created a ‘Make a copy’ button, so you can duplicate and amend your email templates quickly and easily. Perfect for when you want to send near-identical emails to different recipient groups.
Schedule abstracts in a symposium
As well as being able to assign individual times to abstracts in a program session, you can now split the symposia scheduling, so each of its associated abstracts has its own timeslot. It’s entirely optional but an ideal tool for more precision program planning.
Submitters can view their program sessions on their dashboards
There’s no need to send out extra notifications or to search the program schedule. Submitters can now view their sessions right on their own personal dashboard, as soon as they log in. No more booking clashes or missed appointments.
If you want to find out more about any of these new features, just get in touch. We'd be happy to show you how they'll enhance your conference, for you and your users.
