New features for July - Updated sign-in flow & a new feature for all accepted submissions

We are thrilled to announce our latest features for July which include:

  • An easier sign-in process

  • Allowing you the opportunity to include ALL accepted submissions that are not attached to any session in the program, to show on the In Titles Listing.

Streamlined sign In process

Our fantastic new sign-in flow, may not seem like much but we’ve made it even easier for you to create an account, including the ability to use LinkedIn and Google to sign in.

There’s no need to rely on your short-term memory anymore, you can now stay signed in so that when you return to the site on the same device there’s no need to re-type your login details.

If you’re needing to create an account but have forgotten that you already have an Oxford Abstracts account, you’ll see a notification letting you know that you only need to enter your password to access your account.

Perhaps it’s been a while since you accessed your account and therefore have forgotten your password… no problem!

Simply hit the Password Reset button and you’ll be able to change your password and access your account in no time.

To find out more about how to create your Oxford Abstracts account or how to sign in, take a look at our Knowledge Base for everything you need to know.

How to include submissions in the In Titles Listing that are not in a session

Another exciting feature we’re bringing you this month is the ability to allow attendees to see all accepted submissions even though they aren’t going to be part of a session.

The name of the feature “In Titles” can also be edited to a more suitable name for your event.

One great aspect of this new feature is you can add individual submissions or do it all in bulk, to save you time.

You can even view how these additions will look on the session timetable using the Program Builder

It’s extremely simple to set up and with our in-depth and easy-to-follow instructions on our Knowledge Base, and our walk-through instruction video on YouTube, you’ll be good to go in no time.
