New Features For September - A Sleek New Look For The Updated Navigation

Over the last nine months, the team have been busy developing new features and upgrading existing features to continually update the software to what our clients want.

So, how many features have we launched/updated? I hear you ask. Well, to be precise, it’s FIVE.

Updated Navigation

If you've been using the software over the last few months, you may have already noticed the dashboard and main menu to the left have been updated.

Now looking fresh, sleek, and less cluttered, the main menu to the left of the dashboard has been reconfigured, so fewer buttons are required. 

The main headings of the buttons are easier to understand and house everything you'd expect under them. 

Resend Invoices & Receipts for Delegate Registration

A feature that's been asked for by our wonderful clients is the opportunity to resend invoices and receipts for delegate registration.

Now, all you need to do is click on the person to whom you want to resend the invoice/receipt.

On the next screen, a button under the Total Paid amount says "Email." Click on it, and from the drop-down menu, select whether you want to send the receipt or invoice.

Self Deletion

Attendees can now delete their accounts once an event is over and no longer need to ask admins to do it on their behalf.

Any content they submit will also be deleted if an attendee chooses to delete their account.

Attendees can delete their accounts by entering the My Profile area of their account and following the instructions (which include a pop-up about how their uploaded content will also be deleted).

Fresh new Email sent log and the ability to resend emails

Not only has the Email sent log had a fresh new look, making it easier on the eye and effortlessly find what you need, but you can now resend emails to delegates with a click of a button and send them in bulk to up to five people at a time.

Reorganisation of Columns

Do you want to change the layout of the columns for delegate registration or the email log?

No problem! Now you can!

You can reorganise the columns to suit your needs by clicking on the one you want to move and dragging and dropping to where you prefer.

Sneak Peek 

We're excited to tell you about a secret we've been working on. Now it is in its Beta stage, we're thrilled to announce that you will soon have access to Submission Analytics.

This will be an exciting feature and a crucial component for all event administrators to help understand how the submission process succeeded with vital statistics at your fingertips.

Keep an eye out for it, as it will be deploying soon.
