Zoom Integration and Oxford Abstracts

We often get asked which Zoom plan is best to use - Zoom Meetings or Zoom Webinars.
Both Zoom plans can conduct webinars but ultimately, there are a few differences between the two offerings. Which one you choose is dependent upon what better suits your needs.
Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars each have several licensing options to choose from. The prominent decision maker usually comes down to the size of your webinar/conference and how you would like it to look.
It’s important to remember the number of licences you need is concurrent to the number of sessions being hosted at any one time during your webinar/conference.
For example, if you have 4 sessions happening at the same time, you will need 4 licences.
In relation to integrating your Zoom account with Oxford Abstracts, you will need to use Zoom Meetings.
However, you can then change the meeting to a webinar once configured.
